Messi: ″I miss Ronaldo″

Despite everlasting discussion who is better - Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, the Argentinian misses Ronaldo in La Liga.

The Portuguese provided serious competition to Messi while was at Real Madrid, said Messi in the interview to FM Club 947 in Argentina.

"Cristiano? I miss him in Spain. Even though it was hard to see him raise trophies. He was always fighting and it'd be good if he came back."

Both sportsmen played together in La Liga for nine seasons. After helping Madrid win a fourth Champions League title in five years, Ronaldo moved to Juventus last summer.

"I have a lot of respect for Juventus. They are a great team and even more with Cristiano. Hopefully, we get to the final and after that, what happens, happens. Juventus are a great candidate to win the Champions League since the arrival of Cristiano, and the match against Atleti must have given them a lot of confidence."

But Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo invited Lionel Messi to the Italian Serie A. Messi reacted immediately.

“I don't need change. I play in the best team in the world. Year after year in my career all new challenges appear here. I do not need to change the club or league in order to set new goals for myself. I am at home”.

Who do you consider as the best player among this duo?
